It is a closed circuit dryer running with continuous circulation of air like in dry-to-dry machines,
through a refrigeration system. This recovery dryer can be used for both washing machines or hydrocarbon high speed
washer extractors.
This closed system recovery dryer emits no hydrocarbons in the atmosphere. It recovers solvent or water from washed
and extracted garments. It has been especially designed for our exclusive high speed washer extractor for hydrocarbon

This is a high speed soft mould washer extractor (800 - 1000 rpm) with continuous filtration
of the solvent. Garments at the end of the washing cycle are almost dry due to the high speed extraction.
This machine has very high performance to maximize your investment. A 23 Lbs washer extractor does 3 complete washing
cycles in just 1 hour. This means 69 Lbs of garments washed per hour.
This washer extractor is supplied with a fully programmable computer to give at the end - user the maximum flexibility. |

Si tratta di un essiccatoio a circuito chiuso funzionante a continua circolazione d'aria, come
nelle macchine a secco dry-to-dry, per mezzo di un impianto di refrigerazione.
Può essere utilizzato come essiccatoio per macchine ad acqua o a idrocarburi.
L'essiccatoio a circuito chiuso non emette alcun gas nell'atmosfera e permette di recuperare acqua o solvente.
E' stato progettato per essere affiancato alla nostra esclusiva lavacentrifuga ad alta velocità per idrocarburi
(KWL). |

E' una macchina ad alta velocità (800 - 1000 giri in fase di centrifuga a seconda dei
modelli) con filtrazione continua del solvente.
L'alta velocità di centrifuga permette di estrarre gli indumenti dal cesto quasi asciutti.
La macchina ha prestazioni molto elevate per massimizzare l'investimento. Una macchina da appena 10 kg effettua
3 lavaggi completi in 1 ora, ciò significa 30 kg di indumenti lavati all'ora.
La macchina è dotata di un computer programmabile per dare la massima flessibilità all'operatore. |
